ANNOUNCING  “It’s Time to Pay It Forward” charity initiative is on now ❣

Each patient will have a chance to vote at every visit in our office for a charity that will receive our donation at the end of the year  

The three charities are:

• Make a Wish Foundation
• Tali’s Fund at Sick Kids Hospital
• Local Humane Society

Each entry will have a chance to win Beats Solo 💯
